The Alden Therese Collection of Wines – Alden Therese produces and manufactured different quality of delectable wines from indigenous Philippine fruit processed from extracted juices through a fermentation process with some herbs are incorporated on some selected wines to enhance the palatability and give more health benefits to the wines.

The Owner/CEO is FOOD TECHNOLOGY MAJOR and a PH.D. Since 2012, our company has produced regular and Vintage (3,5) years wines already.

Alden Therese Collection of wines are chosen according to its uniqueness in health benefits and do not duplicate locally produced wines and are research-based to help boost the health benefits of clients and all the wines are supported of REPORT ANALYSIS No. ITDI-CHL-2013-1174-1175-1176, 2015-0823, 082017-OCS-0614-1-2 and the Methyl Alcohol is None Detected from DOST Bicutan, Taguig City. Alden Therese is equipped with LGU, DTI, BAMBE, BIR, FDA LICENSE to OPERATE as Food Manufacturer and in the process the CPR Registration.

Those wine collections are being distributed through Mamay’s Resto, Liberty General Merchandise, Calabanga, and J. Emmanuel Pastries in its seven outlets, ROSA/AMAD Department of Agriculture, Pili, Camarines Sur Showroom, and recently it has been chosen to be showcased at the City Mall in its Pasalubong Center and other venues through Facebook, Other Social Media Platform and through text messages of Friends.

Alden Therese Participate in local trade fairs that are sponsored by Aspire-Da, BFGTF, E-Mall, and National Trade Fairs OKB Mega Mall Sponsored by DA and DTI.

Alden Therese at present, this April 10-12, 2018, Alden Therese is invited to join the 150 Years Anniversary of USI, and on April 18-22, 2018, the DTI invites to participate the trade fair of E-Mall.And on May 25-27, 2018 to play a part of the International Food Exposition, Pasay, Manila.

Due to erratic climate conditions, the supply of raw materials is the main concern of Alden Therese for there are shortages of Regular Baligang wines and other product in different stores.
